This Month's Freezer Cooking Plan

It's been a while since I had a good old-fashioned freezer cooking day, and boy are we feeling it!  I have big plans for filling my freezer Saturday, and thought I would share my plans in case anyone else is thinking about doing the same.

Pizza casserole x 3
Chicken curry wraps
Spicy sausage & pepper penne
Spaghetti sauce x 3
Slow Cooker Sweet & Spicy Chicken x2
Mac n Cheese x 3
Dinner rolls x3 (I follow these instructions from the Washington Post for freezing dinner rolls)
Garlic Bread x2
Shrimp & Tomatoes x 2
French Bread Pizza Dippers (From Not Your Mother's Make-Ahead and Freeze Cookbook (NYM Series))
Pizza Dough x2
Chicken Strudel x 2
Meatballs x 2
Green chile chicken taquitos x 2 (From Not Your Mother's Make-Ahead and Freeze Cookbook (NYM Series))
Tortilla soup x 2
Corn muffins x 2

  1. I have no room in my freezer right now. But I have made a pizza casserole before. It's yummy. That shrimp and tomatoes is on my radar. I love new shrimp recipes and I believe this will fit right in with my WW's.
