When we have guests staying over, I'll often prepare an oatmeal bar for breakfast.
I make a big pot of oats on the stove, and put out a bunch of toppings so everyone can fix their own bowl. Toppings include:
- Raisins
- Craisins
- Almonds
- Brown sugar
- Milk
- Berries (defrosted if frozen)
- Chocolate chips
{Note: in the summer I will often switch to a yogurt bar and include a few types of homemade granola.}
